There is only one true way to enjoy an oyster and that is fresh off the boat. We believe freshness is key to consuming the highest quality oysters. Our goal is to provide our customers with same day harvested* oysters that are available prechilled and ready to shuck and eat.

To ensure quality and freshness we control the product from the time it leaves the water until it is in your hands. This is why the best way to enjoy our Lillies at home is through our pick up option. We have been known to start shucking before we even get home, and we bet that you will be tempted as well.

All orders will be fulfilled on the FRIDAY of the week placed. When an order is placed we will harvest the oysters on Friday morning and have a pick up time slot available, usually between 2-6 PM. If you need another pick up day or time please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. To ensure order availability on that week’s Friday please place orders by Thursday evenings.

If we decide to add a delivery or shipping option, you’ll be the first to know.

*If same day harvest is unavailable due to weather or other misfortunes, we will provide alternative options including keeping the oysters in our temperature controlled environment until desired pick up or we will reach out for an alternative date/time.
